Return and Refund Policy

Home Sweet Office Pty Ltd operates as a dropshipping business, partnering with suppliers to fulfill your orders. We are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees. 1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain guarantees when you make a purchase, including:

  • Consumer Guarantee: Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
  • Right to a Refund or Replacement: If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

2. Return Policy

If you believe a product does not meet the consumer guarantees under ACL, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure:

  • Items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • To contact us for return instructions, as returns may need to be processed by the supplier.
  • Some products may not be eligible for return due to specific conditions stated in the product description.

3. Refunds and Replacements

If a product fails to meet the guarantees under ACL, you can request a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  • For remote or international returns, processing times may vary.

Direct exchanges are not available. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products marked as non-returnable in the product description
