How Delivery Works
- Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with all your order details.
- Shipping Notification: Once your item is on the move, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number and a direct link to your courier’s tracking page.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process.
Shipping to remote areas – Please note that shipping to remote or regional areas may incur additional costs and longer delivery times. We will notify you if your order is affected by this .
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on the shipping method and destination. We strive to process all orders within 21 business days. This includes verifying payment and preparing your order for shipment
Delivery times vary based on your location and hte supplier’s processing times. Generally, domestic shipping within Australia takes 7-10 business days. Please note that due to the nature of dropshipping, some products may have longer delivery times depending on the supplier

The suppliers we partner with utilise several shipping methods and where possible we will allow you to select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

Most parcels arrive within 7–10 business days. Custom or bulky items may take a little longer, but you’ll always receive real-time tracking updates.
5. Issues with Delivery
Missed a Delivery?
Not home when your parcel arrives? No worries! Your courier will either leave your parcel in a safe place (if possible) or provide instructions for collection or re-delivery. Check your email or look for a card from the courier.
6. Frequently Asked Questions
- Why haven’t I received my tracking number yet?
- Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received one within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
- My tracking link isn’t updating—what should I do?
- Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If there’s still no update after a day, let us know and we’ll follow up with the courier.
- Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update your details.
- What if my parcel arrives damaged or goes missing?
- Please contact us immediately with your order details and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Can I track my order if I checked out as a guest?
- Absolutely! You’ll still receive all tracking updates via email.
